Return Policy

1. Definitions

In this Returns Policy, the following terms are defined as follows:

• “Customer”: any natural person who enters into a distance contract with DentistFarbod.

• “Product”: any physical good delivered by DentistFarbod to the Customer.

• "Distance contract": a contract concluded within the framework of a system for the distance sale of products organised by DentistFarbod, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.

2. Right of withdrawal
2.1 Term and conditions:
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 30 (thirty) days after
to request a return upon receipt of the product. In this case it is mandatory to
to provide a clear reason for the return (e.g. defective product,
incorrect delivery or dissatisfaction with the product). Return requests
will not be accepted without reason.

3. Customer obligations
3.1 Product Conditions:

• All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

3.2 Customer Responsibility:

• The customer is fully responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping. DentistFarbod does not offer a return service and does not pick up products.

• Using an insured and traceable shipping company is strongly recommended as DentistFarbod is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

4. Returns process
4.1 Application:

• Please email info@dentistfarbod.com with clear photos or a video of the product you wish to return, the reason for the return and the original order number.

4.2 Approval:

4.3 Shipping:

• Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

• Use a trackable and insured shipping service. DentistFarbod is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.

5. Returns Policy and Guidelines

• For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Insufficiently packaged products that are damaged during transport will not be accepted.
• Returns without approval will not be processed.

6.1 Refund procedure:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, DentistFarbod will
